o 3-4 pounds pork shoulder
o 1 cup sofrito
o 1 onion, chopped
o 4 garlic cloves, minced
o 1 cup chicken broth
o Juice of 1 lime
o Marinate the pork with sofrito, onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, and lime juice for at least 2 hours.
o Place the pork in the slow cooker.
o Pour the chicken broth over the pork.
o Cook on low for 6-8 hours (165-175°C).
o Shred the pork with two forks.
o Serve over rice, vegetable, pasta or you can even make tacos or sliders with this recipe.
