o 1 ½ pounds skirt steak, ribeye, strip, piranha, or flank,
o ¼ cup lime
o ½ teaspoon salt
o 8oz of Divino Sofrito Simmer Sauce
o 2 tablespoons olive oil
o Combine Lime, Salt, Divino Simmer Sauce, and olive oil and whisk vigorously.
o Combine steak and marinade in a ziploc bag, press out excess air, seal.
o Marinate 30 minutes or overnight. Use tongs to transfer steak to a preheated grill or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.
Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side til cooked to desired doneness. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving
